Meeting Minutes! 9/2/08

Local programming competition: Saturday, Oct 11. 12pm - 6pm.
Dr. Stansifer is looking for contestants and volunteers. Both get free shirts and ACM membership. Practice problems can be found at http://fudge.fit.edu/. Everyone is welcome to compete.

Almost senseless to mention here, but if anyone hasn’t already and is reading the forums, sign up for the ACM mailing list at https://lists.fit.edu/sympa.

Wii Homebrew:
DISCLAIMER: We, the ACM, do not condone illegal activities, are not responsible for you breaking your Wii, etc. That aside, site: http://wii.brewology.com/ the wiki: http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Main_Page. Basically, WiiBrew is a channel for the Wii that lets you make games and upload downloaded games and stuff. Mike wants to put a Wiibrew programming project together if possible. Anyone interested should contact Mike Kelly mkelly01@fit.edu.

There will be more information and business at the next meeting since we were cut short this meeting. For now, enjoy a quick, informal officer introduction.
