Super Smash Bros. Tournament

Hey everyone just want to tell you the Director of Conferences & Events
has confirmed the Super Smash Tournament but it is set for:

This is a Sunday instead of Monday during Fall Break.
The access time is from 9 AM till 1 AM; this should give us enough time to
set everything up and take everything down.

We need TVs, gamecube/wii, copies of Smash(melee/brawl), controllers, and
memory cards.
Fliers should be put up starting this week. (Deborah please give me a call
when you get this or email me).

I've managed to get:

5 TVs
1 gamecube
3 wii's
7 controllers
3 memory cards
2 SSB Melee
1 SSB Brawl

I am trying to get more of the above but I'm going to need some help so,
if anyone has any of the above they would like to donate please contact me
or at least inform someone on the board.

I'm a bit confused. Yesterday, at the meeting, you had fliers that said 1pm-12am. So is the 10am starting time an updated time or just outdated information?

I believe it starts at 1 pm, but the room may have been reserved starting at 10 am for setup?
